Creamy Pistachio Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw pistachios (shelled)
  • 1 liter water
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (for sweetness)
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract

Instructions:

  1. Soak the Pistachios (Optional but Recommended):

    • Soak pistachios in water for 4-6 hours or overnight to soften.
    • Drain and rinse thoroughly.
  2. Add Ingredients to the Milk Maker:

    • Place the soaked pistachios into your Pauzes Plant Milk Maker.
    • Add 1 liter of fresh water.
    • Add sweetener and extract if desired.
  3. Select the "Nut Milk" Program:

    • Secure the lid.
    • Choose the "Nut Milk" setting on the control panel.
  4. Start and Enjoy:

    • Press the "Start" button.
    • Once the cycle is complete, your creamy pistachio milk is ready.
    • Pour into a container and refrigerate.
    • Enjoy within 3-4 days.
