Creamy Pistachio Milk
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw pistachios (shelled)
- 1 liter water
- Optional: 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (for sweetness)
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract

Soak the Pistachios (Optional but Recommended):
- Soak pistachios in water for 4-6 hours or overnight to soften.
- Drain and rinse thoroughly.

Add Ingredients to the Milk Maker:
- Place the soaked pistachios into your Pauzes Plant Milk Maker.
- Add 1 liter of fresh water.
- Add sweetener and extract if desired.

Select the "Nut Milk" Program:
- Secure the lid.
- Choose the "Nut Milk" setting on the control panel.

Start and Enjoy:
- Press the "Start" button.
- Once the cycle is complete, your creamy pistachio milk is ready.
- Pour into a container and refrigerate.
- Enjoy within 3-4 days.
